At Arteca, we believe great art deserves a little care and attention. Every print, canvas and framed artwork is carefully produced to order using premium materials and professional printing techniques.

Production Times

Most orders are produced and prepared for dispatch within 1–5 working days.

Some framed artworks and more complex pieces may occasionally take up to 7 working days.

These estimates exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Production times may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.

Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders.

Delivery times depend on your location, the product ordered and the delivery service used. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Where available, estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout.

International shipping may be available to selected destinations, with applicable charges displayed at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your artwork has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation. Tracking information will be included where the delivery service provides it.

Delays or Delivery Problems

Occasionally, production or courier delays can happen. If we become aware of a significant delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't arrived or you're concerned about its delivery, please contact hello@arteca.co.uk.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to delivery within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed.
