We want you to love your new artwork

Every Arteca print is created with care, and we want you to be delighted when it arrives. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Changing your mind

If you're purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your artwork, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email hello@arteca.co.uk with your order details and let us know you'd like to cancel. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the artwork.

Returning your artwork

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Artwork should be packaged carefully to protect it during transit.

You may inspect the artwork as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it has reduced its value.

Customers are responsible for return postage when cancelling because they've changed their mind. We will provide return instructions on request.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, or you've provided evidence that it has been sent back, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Where applicable, we'll also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for enhanced delivery services are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at hello@arteca.co.uk. Including photographs of the issue and your order number will help us resolve things quickly.

We'll arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including a replacement or refund where required. You won't be responsible for reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Personalised artwork

Artwork created to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be excluded from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Choosing a standard size, frame colour or finish from Arteca's regular product range does not automatically remove that right. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products always remain unaffected.
