Our products
Arteca offers contemporary wall art, fine art paper prints, framed prints, canvas prints and framed canvases. We make every effort to ensure our product photographs, descriptions, dimensions and specifications are accurate. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations may occur between printed materials.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts will be communicated before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Orders
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation through the contact method supplied at checkout. If we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
Production and delivery
Products are generally made to order. Estimated production and shipping times can be found in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns and cancellations
Your cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, artwork, photographs, branding and other original content on the Arteca website belong to Arteca Ltd or are used with permission. They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate authorisation.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
